Eligible Cases (Approved Refunds)
We offer refunds or replacements ONLY if:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
To request support, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photo/video evidence
Non-Returnable Cases
To maintain fair pricing and prevent abuse, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/color selected
- Minor color differences (due to screen settings)
- Shipping delays outside our control
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Returns (If Required)
In certain cases, we may request a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After this window, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

We reserve the right to provide:
- Proof of delivery (tracking confirmation)
- Order confirmation & billing details
- Communication history
to payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, banks) in the event of a dispute.
⚠️ Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered fraudulent activity.
